Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? Nope. Many of our clients give us a key or garage code. We're fully insured and background-checked, and we'll lock up when we leave.
How long does a cleaning take? It depends on the size of your home and the service level. A standard clean for a typical 3-bedroom home takes about 2–3 hours. Deep cleans take longer.
Do you bring your own supplies? Yes. We bring all organic products and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors? Employees. Our team members are trained, insured, and paid fairly. You'll see the same familiar faces on recurring visits.
